MY ROLE: Senior Project Manager

Project managed the development and delivery of the website redesign, Emily’s World video shoot, interactive game, Facebook coupon tab, display and rich media creative, assets for social platforms to support media plan for Quilted Northern Emily’s World campaign.

Created project plans and owned delivery from milestones to the final asset delivery. Worked collaboratively with the designers, copywriters, and developers. Defined SOW and resource allocation, clarified scope, procured vendors, implemented change management, prioritized deliverables, got client acceptance, monitored status for performance and budget.

Emily’s World Game

Emily's World was a javascript game designed to break after a certain weight had been achieved. If you successfully placed an item without breaking the tissue paper you could opt to receive a coupon. The coupon value increased with each item successfully placed up to 3 items.

 
 
 

Facebook Coupon Tab, Social Assets, and Display Ads

 

We developed online ad creative with CTAs driving to a Facebook Coupon Tab to generate social followers and creative assets for Facebook, Twitter and You Tube platforms to support the Emily’s World campaign.
